The turn changes nothing, but gives you some added equity, I honestly think you need to check the turn, I would say just a 3x raise too, can understand if your out of position. A turn bet may get hands such as like aq aj to fold maybe jj or qq too, but if hes calling the flop I see no reason why the turn card to change anything.

Why do you say that? There are plenty of hands that will call a flop Cbet and then fold to a turn Cbet. Pretty much anything worse than top pair should be folding to this turn barrel. All his straight draws that would beat me at showdown (QJ, AJ and AQ) should be folding here. All his JJ/QQ and worse pocket pairs should be folding here. All his Tx hands should be folding here. And I'd even argue that KJ/KQ could fold here, given that I'm representing TPTK or better.

As a general rule, when I make a flop Cbet, I expect the villain to peel me with a lot of weak pairs that won't call a second barrel. On this board texture and with my 3bet preflop, I feel that there aren't too many bluffs in my range and that the villain is likely to respect my second barrel, but I'm open to opinions on this.

I'd make the second barrel a little smaller. 80% is a little too "go away".

But yeah, as long as you don't do this every hand, it's fine on occasion.
I prefer not to do it vs unknowns, though.
I like to know if they're capable of folding first.

When a player calls a 3-bet and a c-bet out of position, they're usually pretty strong. Don't bluff opponents with strong hands. Time to check back and make your straight on the river for free.

Maybe AQ/AJ peels the flop here to peek at the turn, but I'd guess villain's range is mostly top pair with AK included.

I really doubt your getting floated at these stakes that lightly, some opponents possibly. It's ok to double barrel this occasionally, but default I think your going to be bleeding money. At most I would barrel this 1/3rd of the time.

It's just one man's opinion so take it for what its worth. I also would advise trying another site besides stars. A twitcher by the name of Fooz said he makes double the amount of money on 888 as he did to Pokerstars, so maybe entertain the thought of trying multiple sites, weird tangeant. I know in general Pokerstars games are tougher than U.S. games, well maybe not WPN, but everywhere else.

Agreement with players above, against right opponent good sometimes, mostly meaning regulars, (nit, fish, sleepy player no).

Judging by his posts, OP does this way too often.

It doesn't take any skill to 3 barrel, but you get a big rush when they fold.

This is definitely something I will consider. So far, I've only ever tried Stars and 888, and at the time of trying 888, I was a pretty bad player and lost my $100 deposit. My logic now is that I'll probably continue playing Stars until I can beat 25NL zoom. Once I can beat that, then I'll think about withdrawing my Stars bankroll and playing on a softer site like 888. The main things that draw me to Stars are the layout and the fact that Stars is currently running challenge bonuses for all stakes 10NL and above, which is perfect for me because I'd be playing 10NL even without the challenges, so that just results in more fish and more bonuses for me.

You're saying it doesn't take any skill to pull off a triple barrel bluff? How many fish will triple barrel a busted draw? Not many. Fish are weak and passive. Fish do not bluff. I bluff because I'm a reg and that's what regs do. Regs bluff a lot; fish don't. It takes skill to become a reg, but anyone can be a passive fish.
