Only 9 hands on Villain in which is running 78/44, considering his stack i´m asuming is a fish.

I decide to 3b for value but considering we gona hate most flops go small.
Cb size should be higher or is ok?.
How often can/should 2nd barrel there?.
As played we can call turn because bet size and odds, right?.
Best line on River? Do we X-R, X-C, or do we bet and how much?
As played we got like 5:1 after the raise so guessing is a call but considering his bet line not sure how often we can be ahead here?.

* pre ure 3betting value, but more important, announcing a hand+<->controlling the pot. just right

1. never higher, fish? wouldnt float A or underpairs higher, J or even K would flat and you get no information
2. not much value in second barreling turn at all ?
3. would actually take time and prob -fold turn, he is representing K here, or setting up -checkdown of j on river
4. i would X-C river, never X-R, you are just not getting called by a worse hand, only overset which rewinded, now fits his hand story. i would say jj, because kk would 4bet pre.
but As Played...-call, pray.. for 2 pairs, and some fish. he isnt q9 and if hes aq, well _it

?

Well you said he is a fish. The sample size is tiny, but he doesn't have auto-top up so he probably isn't a good regular. There are plenty of hands other than q9 and AQ that would raise the river, provided that this is a fishier player. KT, JT, KJ, and sometimes even a strangely played AK. Again to make the most profitable decision you need much more info on the player and whether or not he would bet draws as a semi-bluff, but I think against this player i'd just call it off.

In order:

1) Make your three bet larger, he will call just about all his range.

2) What's his fold to cbet? Against maniacal fish who don't fold, I just check/fold. This flop smacks his range in the face. One over I can deal with, two is gross.

3) Pretty much never without reads.

4) Not really. You're likely facing another river bet, so your pot odds really aren't that great.

5) This is an okay spot to check/raise, as villain will bet everything, but only JJ, AQ, Q9 have you beat. Leading isn't horrid tho.

6) His minraise is surely gross, but you can't fold a set here.

3 bet larger especially since we will be oop.
I most likely check/fold the flop(or is that a bit tight/weak).
You said he is fishy what better hands than yours do you think he will fold here to a 2nd barrel?
Odds don't add up here
I wouldn't have been here but check raise
As played that's a call on the river

3 bet bigger.
I wouldn't cbet here.
Never 2nd barrel wither on this board vs this guy.
I would probably fold to the turn bet.
On turn I hardly ever slow play and it's only against known agro regs who I know they are bound to bet on the river. So here just bet.
River I would call.

Cb size should be higher or is ok? Somtimes Check, Sometimes cbet, size looks fine.

How often can/should 2nd barrel there?. I would just check/fold turn.

As played we can call turn because bet size and odds, right? You're either way behind or slightly/moderately ahead, pot odds aren't really the issue here, it's whether you think he can value bet worse or bluff. Again I would just fold turn.

Best line on River? Do we X-R, X-C, or do we bet and how much? Bet bigger on river, call raise and hope he has two pair/worse set.

As played we got like 5:1 after the raise so guessing is a call but considering his bet line not sure how often we can be ahead here? 5:1 is only just good enough to call here.

Also 3 bet to $0.60- $1 pre-flop, size is slightly too small against a fish.
