Could someone tell me how I should have played this hand?

I would really like to post a lot of hands for someone to help me find my major leaks.

Thanks

As played: the turn is definitely a fold. Many players get too attached to their big hands QQ-AA and don't let go. A or K of diamonds is the worst turn card that can come. You gotta throw this one away.

Your opponent in this hand is VERY aggressive (in a bad way). I really think you should have put pressure on him earlier. With such an aggressive villain, I would suggest reraising early on in this hand. He is so loose preflop that he can be 3betting with a very wide range of hands. I would have 4bet and let him decide if he wants to play for all of his chips. If we did just call the 3bet, I would have raised his flop bet for sure.
This hand is a bad example because he had you beat the whole way. However, in general I think you should be putting more pressure on him when you hold a premium hand. Most of the time you will not be up against AA/KK. It is uaually something like AJ-AK and 55-JJ. You don't want to let them see cheap cards....make them pay if they want to try and hit their A on the turn.
Good Luck

Agree above. Just fold turn and save some of the chips.

Just assume he is holding an Ace and our holding is no good at this point.

find the fold button

Look at a 13.8% linear 3bet range and see just what beats you on the turn,
You MUST fold the turn.
You are only beating KQo JJ TT 88 and are they shoving in 150+BB not very often.
