Yea I think the river call is a bit optimistic but he does have a few bluffs because you induced with the turn minbet. I'd avoid doing the minbetting thing, most regs just treat it like a check and others read it as weak and then go nuts trying to make you fold. If you want to use a blocking bet go with 1/3 pot size imo.

Just know why you're doing what you're doing at all times. If you're under betting to get a raise, know what kind of equity you'll really have vs that range. As played, c/c on the river is the only standard play.
