Im shoving the river, not many hands beat us and worse pairs will call

Should I have raised his flop ( turn) bet??

At least call (I prefer shoving). So few combos of Tx remaining (plus the fact that Tx basically never leads that flop) you're going to have the best hand the vast majority of the time let alone the ~33% of time you need to be to make at least a call. If he has Tx fine but he's aggro enough that calling down on that board texture will certainly be profitable.

Why would we be worried about 4 combos especially when AT (or any T) is very unlikely to lead the flop?
