Ye fold it's very unlikely his range is any less than {AK, QQ+}. Strangely enough if I knew the button would call id call. Surprisingly its equity isn't reduced 3way vs the ranges above because AKvsAKvsQQ is such a common scenario.

Wouldn't hate a call mind you as the shove and cold call from both players weight their ranges towards AK more than AA.
Its close I wouldn't let getting stacked by KK or missing out on QQvsAKvsAK bother you too much.

Thanks, he had AK and BTN folded, I posted it on 2+2, link here: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/69/micro-stakes-pl-nl/qq-vs-shove-pf-1343204/

Just wanted different opinions. I mainly called as well because when he shoves it looks like AK. I lost the flip btw :p.

The main variable is the nit of course, but you don't have a ton of info at this point I'd only slightly include big pairs in his range. Even so you're still going to be over 40% equity against both their ranges.

Mathematically it's a call and if you weight it even slightly more towards AK then it's an easy call. hands like these are pretty simple to answer if you can put a reasonable range. I think most people are going to tell you your opponent likely won't have less than QQ+/AK. If that's the case, then it's just an odds issue. Just remember, if you have QQ against that range your 40/60, and JJ little better than 1:2.
