The main variable is the nit of course, but you don't have a ton of info at this point I'd only slightly include big pairs in his range. Even so you're still going to be over 40% equity against both their ranges.
Mathematically it's a call and if you weight it even slightly more towards AK then it's an easy call. Hands like these are pretty simple to answer if you can put a reasonable range. I think most people are going to tell you your opponent likely won't have less than QQ+/AK. If that's the case, then it's just an odds
issue. Just remember, if you have QQ against that range your 40/60, and JJ little better than 1:2.
