To me I have shown a prem hand squeezing in the worst seat and then 2/3 cbet into 2 players, 1 caller and then him making a raise here oozes strength. Am I being too passive and should be paying off here at 10NL?
Great fold. Most of the time he should be putting you on a strong hand so he's unlikely to be bluffing
too much here. The fact he's shown up with sets all 3 occasions this has happened means until you see him do any different you have to assume that this is his "strong hand line".
He has an absolute ton of strong hands in his range here and although it's a great semi-bluffing board for hands like 98, 97, 67 etc, you can't weigh enough of his range toward pure bluffs to counter the equity he has with the made hand and semi-bluff part of his range (especially given the history).
