$10 NLHE 6-max: QJ call sm 3bet hard to give up on this flop

villian 44/3 aggressive afterflop, should I give up here?

Preflop: Hero is CO with J Q
Hero raises to $0.30, BTN folds, SB raises to $0.50, BB folds, Hero calls $0.20

Flop: ($1.10) 8 9 Q (2 players)
SB bets $0.77

If you're gonna call this pre flop and then even consider folding post flop when you hit you should probably just be folding this pre.

I always call these stupid min 3-bets and regret it later.

Given its 4 handed i think calling cause is fine. I prop flat flop aswell
