I would fold preflop and depending on who is sitting on your direct right, i might leave the table.

Call with hands that will give you more opportunities post, like suited hands or larger somewhat connecting hands. Then if you did call i would consider xr a lot of flops with your air/bluff range and maybe bigger hands and call it with your weaker made hands. Prepare to let go your weaker hands to a turn cbet as he isnt bluffing enough to continue.

Fold flop, his opening range is too wide to defend our weakest ace high. A wider opening range and a stronger ace I'd be fine flatting.
