Never folding with the information you gave, wp. This will be definitely a high variance spot, I would just make a note with whatever he shows up with/how he played it.

I play it the same, but I hate life when having to call that river.

Especially since his play is pretty consistent with 88.
But so is a busted flush draw... :(

Villain has 87 (a straight). I'm just not used to facing a donk barrel in online poker (happens much more frequently in live poker), so I wasn't sure how to react to it.

The villain never raised anywhere in this hand, so that theorem doesn't apply. He simply donked out before I had the chance to bet.

My bad, i thought the theorem said "bet" not "raise". i stand corrected.

w/ this half pot on the turn full pot on the river sizing they just always have it. im folding river. turn i'm tempted to raise but we're way too deep to stack off w/ one pair. I just really do not give him credit for that much.
