He's got you beat almost 100% of the time and honestly you can probably just fold to the flop bet when a guy this tight donks into the preflop raiser on a board like that, especially with a 3rd player still in the hand.

Right okay that makes sense, Ive just switched to 6 max so im not really sure how tight tight is. I started off at like 23/20 and have tightened up to 20/17. Sounds like im a nit. Just had a bad session so im nitpicking through my stats and hands.

It's not nit territory but it's certainly on the tighter side of TAG. Maybe what I should have said was against someone with reg/TAG stats. Either way I still say we're beat here almost always. And I don't expect I actually would fold the flop but when someone seemingly competent donks that flop, but I probably should.

Should I loosen up slightly then? I dont mind loosening, I only tightened up cos I thought I was leaking a bit.

No, play hands because you can play them profitably, if that makes you a 16/12 or 32/26 so be it

i dont think you can fold an overpair here in a 3bet pot. ranges are narrow in 3b pots.

i like your flop call. keep villans range as wide as you can. now call the turn.
