$10 NL HE 6-max: OP vs Donk: Can I call the All in?

Villian Stats (VPIP/PFR/AF): 66/16/2.4

Villain is the standard 10NL donk, calls way too much. I figure there are enough random 8x hands to call, am I correct in my thinking?

sample is over 43 hands btw

I agree w calling here. I don't like folding overpairs against a guy who calls that much and is that aggressive postflop - 8x is definitely in his range.

i open randomly b/t 3x and 4x sindri, so yea, smallish raise pre for sure. I just had to think about it for a second before calling so wanted to make sure the line (other than the pfr) was correct. ty you 2

Yuk, hate this situation. Looking at the bare bones of the hand without being at the table and seeing the guy play, I would be tempted to fold. But on a little more reflection he should not have trips because he's not extracting value. So I guess that puts him on 8x prob A8 and he's just trying to finish the hand, hoping you're overbetting the pot with AQ or the like. So, on reflection, it's a call, but he obviously still has quite a few outs.

First of all that pre flop raise is definitely too small. Do you usually raise that amount when there are 2 callers? If so that could indicate a bit of a leak if you are letting too many players come in on your raises...

Secondly that all in is a horrible overbet and I've learnt that at 0.05/0.10 people do not lie when they make huge bets like that. If this was an NL200 game with those stats its an easy snap call, but at this particular level my experience tells me he'll have a set or crazy 2 pair.. OR at the worst top pair very high kicker...

Hard position to be in. I don't think a fold is a bad play, I don't think the call is a bad play. I do however think the PFR could be much better...
