I think you played the hand right. You had the guts to be aggressive and ou won some money from the villain. Good job!

Check/call the turn or flop. Dunno what betting the turn is too thin especially if we fold when floated flush draws and gutshots ship.

As played I probably call.

If the villian has (VPIP: 41.67, PFR: 33.33, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 13) then he could have anything in his range, especially from the button.
I think you have to assume he has either a K or a spade draw, but remember with his stats he could have anything. Call and find out, the information as to what he is doing will help you recoup if you are beat.
I agree with checking the turn here, you took your shot at the pot and it failed and there is an overcard, From that point onwards IMO you should just be looking to get to showdown as cheaply as possible

I think betting half the pot on the flop really is awkward... You either should be better 3/4+ or checking....

Checking sounds silly but if you read up on the Way Ahead/Way Behind theory you might understand why.

Think you played it fine. He can call the turn with Kx, flush draw, 9x, TT. If you don't have a read then you'll have to likely c/c the turn and river, which turns into a guessing game because you'll have no idea how wide your opponents bluffing range is in a spot like this.
