Don't 3bet the turn you have a couple of options here.Either call the turn raise and call non spade rivers to bluff catch.Or make an exploitable fold on the turn.Which you do depends on how passive/aggressive villain is.

Disagree with turn. The pot has grown big enough to just 3 bet all-in as it is (effectively) less then 1/3 of the pot and let all draws pay for it. So for me it is either a 3 bet or a fold on the turn. Given the pot size and remaining stack left I like the 3 bet.
