My thoughts:

On the flop, I figured flatting was best. I feel my hand is right is so strong that I have to call, but to re-raise would just fold out worst hands and only get calls from better two pairs/sets etc. Also, if he 4-bets then, my hand isn't strong enough to call (esp no reads on the villain).

With the turn card, any and every draw he was raising with just got there. I have blockers to king and six combos, so I feel it is more likely he had some kind of flush draw or straight draw. At this point I only really beat some kind of Kx hand, but very weird for villain to play this way. So is this an insta fold?

thanks, any thoughts appreciated on both flop and turn!

Your opponent is never drawing dead, unless he has bottom 2 pair. Most of the times, the villain will have KQ or KJ with Qd or Jd... He can also have middle set.
I think it's a fold, even if you are ahead, most of the times your opponent can draw out on you, rest of the times he has you crushed.

On the flop, villain wants you to stay.

On the turn, villain wants you to go away. lol.

Your card odds is fine but your pot odds is not so good.

Ill go on the fold side.

Fold preflop anyone? On my left there must be the mothers of all nits to play K6o.
Buy-in full stack.

Was thinking the same thing. Probably would have folded pre-flop. As played, I would have re-raised the flop. I dont want to flat in these situations because of the draws and the weak 2nd pair. A lot of cards in the deck that could hurt, dont want to let them see it without paying.

I'm having trouble reconciling villain's check-raise on the flop with us being behind on the turn... yes the turn completes some draws, but what draws does he have where he's C-Ring you on the flop?

I mean what would that look like? Is he really check-raising the flop with a naked flush draw, or with 54/95/T9? It's possibly 77 for a set, but I'd expect a set to bet smaller on the turn and/or to be afraid of the draws itself. If they've just turned a flush I'd expect them to bet smaller too, they don't want to chase you off when they're holding a monster.

I'm probably still calling the turn here. It makes a lot more sense for villain to have a Kx hand that we still beat here (maybe with a diamond or a kicker that gives villain a straight draw on the turn) than it does for him to have completed a draw.

I say call the turn, and reevaluate on the river. A diamond, seven or eight on the river are pretty ugly for us, but if it's something that still leaves us ahead of hands like K9-AK and 99-QQ (all of which I think are very possible, though the upper end probably would have three-bet us preflop) then we may want to call again. That said, I expect a lot of that range probably goes check-check on the river.
