I think you should just check-call the turn and check-fold the river, even if you hit a pair. I doubt both players are going to fold to a double barrel on this board texture. And I don't think most villains are capable of bluffing the turn and river on this type of run-out. Villain probably called off with two pair/a set/a 5?

I think you need to work on better assigning your opponents ranges. I've noticed you several times just continuing to barrel with weak to decent, but not great hands, seemingly without concern for how hard your opponents range has hit a board. This runout nails this guys flatting range and yet there you are trying to get 3 streets out of a rivered TP. I can't see you ever being good if he calls your river bet and again you're not folding any better hands.

I think I would have change my mode on river because of his calls especially on the turn.

High probabilily he will not fold no matter what because of his 3 successive calls.

I didnt like the double barrel as soon as I saw it. Unless you have the read that he peels every flop and folds the turn when unimproved even so here the 7 is a terrible card to barrel As he has plenty of straights here and you are betting for him.
But VW is spot on here this flop smacks his calling range just about as hard as it could. You have to assume with just a flat on the button that it's a low pair or suited connector or gapper a lot of the time. If you didn't have the flush draw I'm probably not even cbetting the flop.
