Should KQ and AK or 99 be in hero's range for the BB. And can Hero get away from this?

Preflop is a close one between calling and folding. You can expect a lot of reverse implied odds the times when you hit your K or J, but at the bare minimum, you have a suited one-gapper and can draw to the nuts (straights and flushes) if the Ac rolls off, plus you have positional advantage, so calling seems okay.

You called preflop and now you flopped trips in a 2.2 SPR pot. You're automatically committed to stacking off here.

There are 11 combos that beat you: 4 combos of AK, 4 combos of KQ and 3 combos of 99 (all of these combos are realistic for both villains to have).

There are 24 combos of made hands that you beat that might stack off here: 6 combos of AA, 6 combos of QQ, 3 combos of JJ, 6 combos of TT, 3 combos of A9s. And that's not including flush draw combos.

With flush draw combos out there as well (any AcXc + a few suited connectors like JcTc), that makes you even more obliged to get your stack in, since you're at least a 65% favourite against all of these hands, given that you can redraw to a boat/quads.

So I think you played fine.

Isn't the flop raise going to be folding out all the hands you beat while keeping in all the ones that beat you?

I'd play it passively.

The only thing that I can make a comment on here would be your sizing is a bit small preflop and a bit big post. Other than that, like Mathew says, you're committed.
