Hi!
I have Jacks on the small blind so I decided to 3Bet since BTN don't fold to 3Bets and I have a weak player in BB who cold calls my 3 Bet.
Flop, I decided to check (check-call if depends how big would be villan bet).
Turn, I assume that he would bet flop if he has an Ace, so I decided to bet, he called.
River? X-C, X-F, Bet??

How would You play this hand?

I think your assumption that villain would bet flop with an Ace is misguided. Honestly he probably wouldn't bet the flop with an ace, knowing it would be easier to extract value from something he beats (JJ, QQ, KK) on a later street (even though he's a fish, maybe he has this thinking process). When you don't bet the flop I think you really can't bet the turn here. The only thing he's calling with that you beat is 10x and maybe 22+. Turn I would check call, and river I would check call (barring an all-in). With a VPIP of 45% he has a lot of junk in his range here, but I'd still be weary of his line because he's shown aggression when he isn't typically aggressive (PFR 10%).

Go ahead and c-bet that board. He's not folding anything, so go ahead and get value. After that I check/call and see how excited he seems. I probably call one street but not two.

The line you took is reasonable though. I just lean away from bet/folding since players like this may think KT is the nuts.

And finally, you want to avoid 3-betting when there's a fish in the BB in situations like these. You want to encourage him to enter the pot. It's much better to play 3-way with a fish than heads up OOP against a reg. 3-betting is fine, but if you had a hand like KQs or QQ I'd lean more towards just calling.
