46 hands on villain and this was his 1st 3b, i know i have position but not really odds to set mine here and i dont think i can 4b call JJ from these positions maybe i'm wrong. Is JJ ok to fold here preflop or is it to tight ip, especially with it being vs my ep raise he should have a strong range even though it is a sqz.

Yes, it's way too tight. Call, use your position and play poker. You aren't just set mining. You have the 4th strongest starting hand in holdem.

especially with it being vs my ep raise he should have a strong range even though it is a sqz.
Squeezing is a 3bet after an opening and at least one call to rep a very strong hand. The same action when actually holding such a hand is betting for value, not squeezing.

So if you believe BB is capable of squeezing, you can't just put him on a strong range.
