I shove the flop, flat turn as played. Pre seems pretty good, but if you have some 4-bet history, a 4-bet is fine too. JJ is kinda an in between hand here.

I hate the turn minbet. I would have just raised all in on turn.

Also you didn't 3bet the turn, he bet, you raised, he 3bet all in.

I would not 4-bet pre.

I would have at least raised big on flop. But honestly, I probably would have shipped the flop.

I am never flatting the flop bet. Never.

Based on action, it looks like villain made a flush on turn (at least it does to me). Tough spot to be in.

Just my opinion, nothing more.

I would normally flat flop and ship turn but c9 might have the right idea. I mean you only rep 1 possible hand which is ahead of KK/AA. Although that just happens to be the hand that you have I still think villain will be calling a ton of the time. Dunno how to determine if trying to GII on the flop or the turn will be better but I would certainly try to GII here.

I think you did okay pre-flop, but on the flop, I think your bet was a bit small compared to both the pot and his previous bet. He raised to 90, which was pretty far up the scale, as with your call the pot is only about $2. His $1.20 bet isn't a big one, here's a place you likely could have 3 bet him and moved him out of the hand, and at least gotten the information you needed. Put simply, you have a decent made hand (trips), and even if he hit any other trips (pocket 2 or 4) you are still ahead by far. Even if he is playing AA or KK or even QQ, he's on a pretty low percentage for his hand improving. He might call with the big pocket pair, but maybe not so much with a flush draw.

Simply put, with a bigger bet on the flop, he may not have wanted to risk the cash to see the next card. But because you let him float at his price (rather than the value of your hand) he got the card that ultimately probably took the hand down for him.

Edit to add in: A bigger bet on the flop also would have put him in place to either all in without a made hand, or to pretty much have to shove on the turn BEFORE you put any more money in.
