Have you observed a pattern in betting, betting big as a bluff for example? It's not impossible he is trying to bully you out of the pot but small suited aces to 4-bet bluff making two pairs on the turn are also possible (4combos) as well as ak (8 combos).

Without more reads, I'd fold it and move on I guess, it's either a bluff or value and you don't beat any value hands here. That makes bluff catching costly.

I don't think calling the flop is a winning line, you're out of position and his value range crushes yours.

Hard to fold but with his re-raise to you I put him on aa or ak at least. either way, you are behind. fold. imo.

Fold to his 4-bet preflop. It's not hard.

I suppose if his 3-bet percentage is like 12% or something you could call, but that's really unlikely from a 26/16.
