10NL 6-max zoom on pokerstars. Everyone is unknown.

I don't have the exact hand history for this one, but I have a boom link:
LINK TO HAND HISTORY

In summary: stack sizes varied between 100bb and 140bb. Hero was dealt QsQh from BB. There was a 3x open from the CO, a call from the BTN, a squeeze to 13bb from the SB and hero chose to flat-call the 13bb raise (was this the correct play?). CO (the original raiser) folds and BTN calls.

Now there's 40bb in the pot and 3 players. The flop comes As 7c 4s. SB bets 21bb and hero folds (was this too nitty?).

Did hero play correctly? Should I have 4bet preflop? Or folded preflop? Or continued on the flop?

hi friend...i believe you should have raised a 4 bet pre flop ...to show a different card....a pair of qq is not bad ....but you need to play that hand like AA ...better luck next time

I'd 4b pf.. i know it looks super strong but do does cold calling and 3 bettor could have qide range cuz sqz spot.

As played.. yeah sure what else you gonna do? Call 1 and shut down would be other option, but with player left to act I'm done

You're in a bad position for QQ. If you call you are giving the original raiser and over caller great odds to call, effectively making you a set miner. If you hit, you are likely to be called on at least one street.

If your 4 bet what are you hoping for? A fold? A call? or a raise. You bet 40 BB into the 19 BB pot which you win if everyone folds. I don't think that is likely. If one of the players 5 bets what will you do? Call now, 6-bet all in or fold? Neither looks especially good given the strength you have just seen.

Since I don't want to play for stacks, I think calling is the best choice.

Nh, imo.

Can't risk having to get it in pre with the original opener still to act and SB showing a lot of strength.

The A on the flop 3-way kills our hand stone-dead.

If the population tendency is 3-betting light in that spot a lot, something like 7-9%, then cold 4-betting/calling off is probably the better play. You are getting a ton of folds in this spot, and picking up 20bb in dead money pre is pretty nice. CO shouldn't be much of a concern, since they're usually opening around 20%. BTN is a nonexistent issue. 4-betting is high variance though, and running into the top of your opponent's range would suck.

I don't mind the flat to keep the SB's range wider, and by cold-calling, we are repping exactly what we have. I don't think people are going to try to bluff you off your hand when it's so face-up. If CO/BTN call, that's okay too. We will be way ahead of their range, further decreases the chances of us getting bluffed off our hand, and increases our set value.

Flop fold is totally standard. There's absolutely no reason to call or make a move here. Even if you thought the SB were making a move (which is very unlikely), you still have the BTN to act behind you. You don't even beat KK, and flush draws have a ton of equity against you. The BTN could have been passive with AK, have AQs/AQo, AJs, and sets. Folding QQ here is not weak.

I think you played correct, this board structure ugly for QQ on zoom villains have tighter range and you played vs btn, he can hold any Ax, so your options try to rep A but this FD give more chances for villains, or fold what is better decision i think, and bad position generally reduces you chances. If choose call our fold equity will be high, so your fold correct.
