I'm not keen on flatting the 3bet OOP - either 4bet planning to get it in ASAP if he flats on a low board/with a set or fold if he's not 3 betting worse IMO.
Anyway, the way you've played it:
As you're betting for value on a pretty dry board I like the small bet; you're looking to get value from AK, QQ, AJ, AA, plenty of which may reraise.
I'm hating the turn - you've got the second nuts on the turn and you try to take down the pot by shoving? If anything you got lucky with him calling and you being ahead - the only thing that's calling there is AA or KK IMO. Bet half pot again, planning to get it in.
If he flats turn, get it in on the river; so few hands beat you on that board.
For future postings, please include some more reads on villain; stuff like 3bet %, fold to c-bet, info on whether he's likely to bet into you on the turn if you check to him, etc, helps a lot
