Pre Flop: Hero(CO) with [Ac,8d]
UTG posts big blind & checks, MP folds, Hero(CO) raises 0.40, BTN folds, SB calls 0.35, BB calls 0.30, UTG folds

Flop: (6c,6h,8s) (3 players), pot 1.30
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets 0.57, SB folds, BB calls 0.57

Turn: Kc (2 players), pot 2.44
BB checks, Hero checks

River: Js (2 players), pot 2.44
BB bets 1.16, Hero ??

I think BB either has small pocket pairs (33-77) that he decides to turn into a bluff or has Kxs (though calling K high oop doesn't seem very likely, and if he had AK he would 3bet preflop) or a set+ (that he hoped me to bluff on the turn). Should I call here?

Hi. For me its a fold. He could be trying to bluff for sure, but the river bet (slightly less than half pot) seems sized more to induce a call than a laydown imo.

He played only 15 hands, if you don't have reads, just fold, you could be trapped by set i think.

bet the turn around half or 2/3.

x/f river unless u think hes weak enough we can valur a weaker 8. or small pp.

cuz u didnt bet turn he now either catches up by river or realises his 99 TT is good

Yeah, don't level yourself like this at these stakes. People aren't going to turn those hands into bluffs that often at these stakes, and if they do, they won't c/c and then bet weak on the river.

He can have 6x, AJ, JJ, 8x, 79s. Don't think you're going to be good often enough here though, as I don't think he bets all of those bluff as often as he value bets.

Indeed villian was value betting with A6s at showdown, and I ended up losing the pot. But if I bet on the turn, do I accomplish anything? I let all combos that I beat fold (except 8xs, and not very likely for villain to call 8xs oop) and let all combos that villain beats me continue. A WA/WB situation here, especially I'm in position.
