villain's stats are 47\33 over 50 hands so not very relevant but he's probably not a tag.
his flop cbet is 100%, his turn cbet is 0% (but this could definitely be circumstancial.
What do you guys think?

I don't really like the call on the flop, especially with another player to act behind. He checkraises some percent of the time, and now you've just spewed money away.

If you're calling the flop, I assume it's to hit a jackpot card like you did on the turn. You've got two ways to play this: Conservative, meaning just call the turn and call again on the river (or bet if he checks to you); or hand-defining, meaning raise on the turn and probably still call if he comes over the top - if he has you beat, oh well. Both plays have their merits, but in a situation like this at 10NL I probably just take the latter line, raise the turn and get it in. People will shove on you there with a flush draw or KJ. It's a bit risky, though, so there's nothing wrong with the conservative line.

Shove.

We're obviously stacking the J here and there is as much that we beat that calls a shove here as bet/calls the river but draws haven't completed yet so our equity is better.

With those stats you have on the villain Im not a fan of flatting on any street without a monster. Preflop might as well raise if you're gonna play with him. Isolate.
Same on the flop, no reason to flat.
Double fist pump shove the turn.

warteen I am not calling the flop because I want to hit a jin card, I call the flop because villain is a fish and won't know what to do on the turn(or so I think as I do it). I shoved by the way and villain instacalled with aa. Guess my assessment of the situation was wrong.

How does that make it wrong?

As far as I'm concerned, you just ran into the top of his range. Doesn't prove his range is any different.

Call pre on the button is ok with the fish unless he rarely folds to 3bets, otherwise I'm pumping both for value and to isolate the fish

Just fold flop, it's a wet board, even though he had AA if he's a fish his range is massive, AJ isn't worth a call especially with someone else yet to speak.
