I think villian is showing up enough times with the completed flush to make a call here profitable. I would have thrown out about a 3/4 size bet on the turn. If villian had the king he would most likely re-raise. Did you have any reads at all on him?

I dunno, 58 bb's to get about 64 bb's - he's gotta show up w the flush, the case J, 66, or complete air alot to make this profitable. Readless, I generally believe villain here (the K), too many players think slow playing a monster is clever.

I'd actually lead the flop, Villain's shown no indication of strength pf, and he's (correctly) not likely to believe you have a K, so may call w some hands (pp's, Ax). If he calls, I lead the turn - any flop or turn raise from Villain, I shut down. If he calls the turn, I ch/call the river for half or 2/3 psb, fold to bigger bets.

I won't fold this hand for nothing... Full boat.. if he's agressive and checked the flop and turn.. danger! He might have K, very strange if he is agressive and checked both flop and turn.
Fold or Call? That depends on how your villain was playing?
But I would call =)

+1. In my experience at 10nl, a river overshove was always the nuts (or near nuts that villain thought was the nuts).

meh I just fold here, such a high variance play and we only really beat a pure bluff or a FD and a splitting with a J so cant see this being a profitable call long term.

It looks incredibly like a Kx but he is bad obvs cus he open limped the BTN 3 handed, looking back at the hand i donk pot the turn fwiw.

I fold in a heartbeat.
If he has the flush good for him but I seriously doubt he has. Air is more likely than the flush.

I find a fold here...don't think most villians are bad enough to not see that his fd is beat by either a J or K. Not happy about it but def a fold. But we need to be betting flop and turn......by now we would have a better idea of where villian is in this hand. Fwiw I would be very suprised if he shows up with either air or a flush with this line.

Yeah, thanks guys. I realize I made a mistake by not betting earlier in the hand. That would have clarified things. I just couldn't make up my mind what to do when he shoved -- so I hemmed and hawed -- and called. Oh well, next time I'll do better (I hope). Of course he had the king.
