If you were calling the flop and turn in hopes of hitting the flush, you must continue with your plan an value bet the river once it hits. With the flush draw completing, your opponent won't continue betting with worse unless he has the unlikely lower flush, so forget about check-raising the river.

If you're worried about some kind of boat, then you shouldn't be calling the turn in the first place.

Well, i wouldn´t have call it pre-flop 10 bb is too much to comit on QK suited but if it worked for you.
