This spot is one that i hate cause anyone can exploit it all day long. these two examples show that im a folding station regardless of me being correct here or not. my standard approach is if im at the top of my range i bet (set eg){more profitable i guess than check-calling}and all other times i succumb to a million bluffs(a good regular once showed his cards and felt like an idiot).

Maybe everyone has the same problem and cant really balance it by checkraising rivers with the nut flush cause im afraid im loosing value this way. My opinion is that people with showdown wont ever bluff at this point but the result is me not valuebetting big hands and again me getting bluffed hard. PLEASE help!!!

I think at this level folding the river is fine - don't worry about being exploited since I don't think your opponent is thinking in that way. It's more likely he was calling a draw on the flop and turn and it now got there - I think folding this is fine.

Hand 1: ... your pretty much flipping and turning your JJ into a bluff. Bad luck with the flush though but really the ace normally will burn you most times.

Hand 2: raise more preflop and raise full pot... If they want to chase with low cards at least make them pay for it.

Easy fold on river. Low suited connectors easily within his range. Against these kinds of players, bet/raise stronger.
