Why not get the money in earlier?
I would've donked flop, he is likely to call with any overpair. Not a great board for him to cbet after UTG raise so I wouldn't have counted on that. As played, why not x/r flop (his cbet reps an overpair)? You want the money in when you're ahead and there is a good chance he will call with overpair.
As played, I would let him barrell the K and x/r. If you had raised flop I would be more inclined to lead out on turn instead.
River is obv a disastrous card, I prob would've c/c, can't see what worse hands he expects us to call with.
