haha not sure what to say besides the fact that at worst you are chopping his shove on the river but 99% chance he has a set at best or just a complete bluff. If he turned over 57 id throw the computer at the wall lol.

He probably missed his flush draw and thinks you have nothing but AK or something.

I am gonna lean towards a fold actually....though knowing myself I wold still call if you place me there.

Do note that 5-7 picked up a double belly buster (double gutshot) on the turn 9, which may enticed him to call 2nd barrel.

All I'm saying is, 5-7 is entirely not as out of whack as it seems.

Still I,d prolly close my eyes and call. There are 15 comboes of sets and several overpair comboes which fish strongly overvalue. Only 12 comboes of 5-7.

That IS a massive overshoves though...any reads?

I agree that this has to be a call. I would say that most of the time your opponent has pocket fives, with some overpairs to the board, some two pairs, and some air. Very rarely, he'll have the 57. If you make this call 100 times, though, I'm pretty sure it'll be profitable.

Also, kudos to you for not slowplaying this hand. Too many people check the flop and give their opponents the chance to improve enough to make their hand dangerous for free.

I would not be surprised if he turns 57 even though only 57 of hearts makes sense. Chopping a lot of times. I would fold here. Maybe he looks like a whale. But at 250BBs deep I would probabely play twice the hands I am playing now.
I am not an deep stack play expert but I would fold here. I wait for expert players give an advice here.
