Dont want to get into his 4/5bet range which has me crushed so flatted IP and was planning to x/c all the way down but his turn sizing doesnt look bluffy and his only value hand we beat is like TT. Turn looks like a nice betsizing for river shoves so its a fold right?

I dont think we can call the turn then fold the river either...

His turn bet size is to big Imo, why doesn't he just make it $3.50 so he can still easily shove the river? Anyway turns a fold.

if he 3bets a lot out the blinds then 4bet calling is fine pre

Hard to say whats best here honestly, without reads on him (is he aggro?) and trying to think about what the average 10nl reg would do. In a vacuum folding turn here is terrible and exploitable as hell cause youre so high up in your somewhat capped range that you almost have no turn calling range in this spot, although it might just be the case that this reg is not capable of ever bluffing here and only has you beat with this bet sizing.

I probably shove over turn comitting myself, if he seems the slightest bit aggro postflop and has a wideish 3betting range in this spot. But then again vs a guy 3betting a lot in this spot i probably 4bet call pre a lot too.

just because someone 3bets a lot from the blinds doesnt mean you can get it in with JJ. His 3b range and 5b range are going to be completely different.

Very true. Definitely at these stakes. Just because he is 3 betting hands like KQ doesn't mean he will stack off with them pre.

But knowing his 5-bet range is like lol impossible without like a million hands. When you've got a hand with enough equity like JJ, you call it off once you've 4-bet almost always. Especially because if he's folding so often to your 4-bets to make his 5-bet range crush you, you'll still profit.

I'm not folding the turn against someone this aggressive pre. I'm with Acky, shove it on the turn.

4b/call it off and be pretty happy about it. As played I'm stationing, folding is pretty bad as Acky noted. Maybe giving 10NL regs too much credit but I think he's going to be near-potting with hands that pick up equity like AQhh/AKhh or 9x.
