Only info I have on villain is that he is playing 1 table on his phone/tablet (usually a sign of a weak player) problem is I don't know whether he is an aggro bad or passive bad.

Felt pretty gross when it got to the river. However we are getting 3:1 vs an unkown-fishy player. I felt like I was going up against KQ/AQ/A5ss pretty often. Quads are obviously a possibility however given half pot flop sizing and the fact that there exists only 1 combo of each I'm discounting those heavily.

Call/fold?

i like calling here too since you are getting too good odds to lay down. if he'd bet 2/3 pot then probably fold.

I would call it. It is not overbet so never fold on this action.

Woah ?? I don't know why one would assume that to be. Who ever told you that was obviously kidding ... :p
You might be better off concentrating on the way someone is playing by looking at their hand history rather than which device they play on. :p

That aside, i agree with fellow posters on making a call as it is very easy for small blind to be leading out with a draw, and all kinds of draws missed the turn and the river.

People can't multitable on their phone (or it's more difficult) and they also can't use a HUD so no good regular would play on their phone, only fish

This is one of those almost perfect spots to employ the min raise, cheaper showdown play on the turn. I say almost perfect because you still have someone behind you, but the flop bet was so weak, he could have anything. Min raise the turn, this will get you value from draws who likely won't shove over and just call. And this way you'll almost always get it checked to you on the river and you can decide if you want to bet or check behind depending on the run out. Get's you value and a cheaper showdown if you want it.

As played, I think you need to call here. Missed draws plus mid pairs might bet here like 99-JJ, etc...

Could be like Qragss.

Odd line for a fish to take though. There's a possibility he's got AQ and decided to go crazy with his TPTK.

Call is the best option I think though.
