This is the first time posting my hand analysis in this type of forum. Even though i have been on the website before. I need critical analysis in the form of am i making the right decisions. I am confused right now and trying to understand whether i am making the right decisions and cant do anything about it or what adjustment do i need to make. I am really frustrated at the moment and I need some motivation to stay in the game. I love the game, but it seems that online the beats are just so brutal and i dont really see them in the live casion. However enough rambling tell me what you can

I think on the turn in hand 1 you should reraise all-in, rather than leaving a tiny fraction of your stack behind on the river. The only hands that can continue barreling the turn are other tens, a better straight, and hands with redraws like flush draws or sets. They have enough equity that you don't want to let a spade come off the river or the board pair.

Hand 3 I don't think shoving the turn is a good play. By shoving you shut out AQ and AJ, though I suppose if they are AhQh or AhJh they have 9 outs to the river. It'll be very obvious and you can get away from it then. But overall I like calling down any card except a heart. KK and AA are always calling and despite you holding blockers, it happens. You have to respect the fact that he 3-bet the flop after a raise and you cold-called, c-bet the flop, and kept betting when he was called. What does it look like you have to him? A strong king.

Or maybe you look like you're peeling with a pocket pair, and he thinks he could be good with QQ or JJ. In which case you want him to keep barreling on the turn with 2 outs to the river and pick off a river bluff, or value-bet the river if checked to.

Some will ask why you didn't 3bet yourself, but on the button and with AKo, I don't think it's a bad play.

Was the bb very tight? What were his stats? Sometimes there are absolute rocks who I can correctly turn QQ or JJ into a setmine against. The fact he's 3-betting from the blinds sets off huge warning flags.

It is a bit of a cooler, obviously on that board. But you're in position so you shouldn't get stacked here.

I can't fault your play.

Hand 4, the flop raise should be closer to $4.80 or even $50. Then on that blank turn you will have sized the rest of your stack to be approximately a pot-sized bet. Similar spot to hand 1.

Hand 5 was well-played. Unlucky, but you this is how you should be playing. Extracting the max from lower overpairs, and not getting stacked with KK against AA.

Hi Reg
I play mostly 25nl at the moment.
Just as a general point when asking for analysis don't post the result of the hand or the villains cards. That way observers have to work out the villains ranges properly to offer decent insight. Also you need to add your reads on the players if you aren't giving their hud stats. As I was reading the hands it became pretty obvious you were simply running into the top end of your opponents ranges. In most of these hands if you are playing proper aggressive poker you are supposed to lose money in these spots.
Hand 1. Shove the turn whilst you are in front. If they call and suck out so be it.
Hand 2. If 88 is in his range so is 77 & 66 so when he calls a decent cbet its either a set or an overpair. Fold to the shove presumably he gets it in pre with KK and QQ and JJ have to fear you have aces or kings.
Hand 3. Just call it down and reassess prior to the final bet. You are supposed to lose money in this spot.
Hand 4. In my experience these silly small pot sweetners are nearly always a fish with a premium hand. With the nuts and this read I would lead out, firstly so im controlling the bet sizing and to make sure they don't all check behind for a free card on such a wet board. Unlucky here he had the monster draw and got there.
Hand 5. 4 bet to balance against your 4 bet bluffs. You are supposed to lose money here.
