Posting your own stats would be helpful.

I rarely call 4-bets with AK. When you flop a hand you like, you're rarely getting paid much (QQ doesn't pay you when you flop a K), or you're still beat (AA > AK on a K46 board).

This is a pretty classic shove/fold spot. If you think your opponent can 4-bet with a wide range, go ahead and shove AK. If he's tight, lay it down. And your own stats help, because people are more likely to 4-bet light if your stats are loose & aggressive.

CO vs BTN you pretty much have to shove this 100bb deep. Villain may not have 3bet in this sample but he doesn't look like a nit

+1 to what C9 says here, OOP you can't flat the 4-bet.

You should only be flatting 4-bets w/ AK OOP when your opponent can 4-bet bluff, and you have confidence in your play OOP. Otherwise you should be jamming or folding.
