I'd be tempted to raise the flop but then I guess we are getting clicked back on from any Kx and fold out everything else. I think flatting is good.

The turn Im betting for sure, we have the best hand most of the time and we can fold out funky SD's

I like the river raise size for best value even though he is a drooler.

I didnt 3Bet pre becuse T9s Preforms much better Post than Pre and I didnt want to get 4Bet out of the hand without seeing a flop.

The Turn I should have bet. The only hands that one of them would call or raise pre that got me drawing dead is a better FD or KT and I think that UTG would bet that OTT. And its some hands that I think I could get value from If I hit.

What would you guys have done If he raised the River? I got about $7.5 left after I raised River and pot is ($4.5) after I raised. would you call a shove? and would you shove yourself if he raised $6?

flatting pre is infinitely better than 3bing a UTG open w a suited connector.
flat flop,
bet turn,
size river larger if you make it and check it back if you brick

as far as what to do on the river vs a 3b, i agree its a fold as default, but i wanna see river agg% and WTSD% before i decide that.

also, if villain x/r's river, i think as a default we should jam. again stat dependent but this vil looks pretty lol

EDIT: i just realised UTG is ~40/25. flatting T9s vs this guy is bad if hes aggro bc his range would appear to have many better Ts in it. look to flat SCs on the BTN vs guys who play fit or fold, and have a strong range. generally when stacks are 150bb+ too

I think raising it bigger on the river.

I believe youre ahead on the river and most likely he will just call.

yes you could have extracted more value on the river. Your raise was almost a min raise so i think you missed some value there. Other than that you played the hand fine. ;)

Your play is fine here. And also, you may consider raise the flop. Calling is also fine.

You never said what your opponent held? Are we assuming you are ahead on the turn because I actually doubt it if he called yr re raise on the river. A 10 or pocket pairs better than a 10 seem likely, even a random King is quite possible - you have enough equity to check the turn and avoid being raised out of the pot. Seems like the line he took he was hoping to check raise all in on the turn to me so I actually like the check - keeps the pot smaller when you miss and the river is like a two of hearts so you feel obligated to call but are beat, the price you pay is smaller. Probably I would raise to around 3 dollars on the river and consider folding to a shove depending on your read.
