This is villains 2nd hand at the table. 1st hand in quoted area at bottom. PF is a little awkward, but there's no way I can fold after CO calls. I'm pretty sure I'm folding like never vs. this guy, so best line? Or should I really fold here?

He's obviously got enough moxy to bluff more than one street, so we should encourage him to do that.

I'd lean towards check/calling the flop & check/raising the turn all in. Fish will feel committed and call with a wide range at that point that includes overs & smaller pairs. The only other line I like is to donk most turn cards for about half pot, hoping he'll shove worse over our bet.

I say min raise, he clearly likes to try and win every pot and he'll think you're just bullying him.
