$10 NL HE 6-max: ATs bvb line check

Ok I suck playing OOP bvb so I need you guys to check my line. BB is pretty TAG 15/11/77afq over 107 hands. Of course a raise is standard here but when BB 3bet me(and many other times when this happens) I didn't know how strong my ace was. I know AT is very good bvb but is it good enough to 4bet or just flat? I remember when I was rolled for 25nl i would almost ALWAYS get 3bet from the bb and i would either be forced to fold a majority of the time or 4bet with A5 etc. Obv I decided to flat and when the flop comes and he bets, do i c/r or keep the pot small?

He's pretty nitty for 6-max right? What's his FTS? I probably just fold pre unless he plays a lot out of the blinds or 3bets a ton. As played I'm all for keeping the pot small postflop.

his fold bb is 76%. Yeah i was really iffy about calling his 3bet and was considering folding but i thought maybe i'd be raising his bb a lot(i was 8tabling so im not sure how much i was doing it to him; is there a way I can check my raise first in from SB % on certain tables on PT3?) and he decided to 3bet light.

After he checks back the turn, I'm v-betting the river for 2ish. The only hand I can put him on that beats us is AQ (maybe).

77% AFq is pretty insane as well, even for a tag-nit. What to do with this silly min-raise is pretty puzzling though.
