Just joined this table so absolutely no reads. Something tells me this guys a fish especially how he just called a raise and then just calls my 3bet. Do I just c/f this flop?

Fish don't look at these flops as intimidating. The see middle cards, maybe a flush draw. Even if they do they still call with all draws (lots of them) any pair etc. It's a massive part of their range and you have no fold equity, betting is wasting money, you might even bink a J, so check/fold is optimal.

Very good point. A fish will feel he is committed to staying in the hand with a wide range of gut shots(JQ, JK, 9J, etc), any pair above 88, any flush draw, maybe even AK! Given the stack sizes and the fact that you're OOP, a bet of $2.00 or so on the flop has a good chance of provoking a shove from CO. I agree with the check/fold being the optimal strategy. This helps your metagame as well. Nothing wrong with feeding a shortstacked fish a little more confidence.

Best thing you can do here is check/fold
