Villain is a nit. Turn changes nothing so your barrel works against almost none of his range. The river is essentially the same.

Also, how is his Cbet% even relevant here?

As a quick guess I'll say that his range is KT or near there. Obv a hand he isn't comfortable betting but one he is too fishy to fold.

i guess it's not, really... but I can't really estimate his c/calling range, I'm guessing TT/Jx. So he could call 2 barrels with those hands and fold to the 3rd, also, although it is not very likely, he could have a missed draw on river.

A player like him is more likely to X/F a J OOP on such a board as opposed to X/C. I can see what you mean about doubling vs his weak made hands. However I think it is more likely he slowplays a weak TP here. Usually when a tight player gives up the lead and goes into X/C mode then it's time to give up your bluffs. Concerning draws, well, your A high actually beats most of them so . . .

His range that you can bluff him off of with the double is restricted to TT (which I doubt he even X/C's flop with) along with J + broadway card combos. I don't mind the double occasionally depending on table dynamic or w/e but the triple doesn't accomplish anything.

Flop is standard.

The turn I mildly dislike the flush draws in our range will likely keep him calling most his jx and kx weak kicker I'd rather have a straight or flush to rep.

The river I really dislike, we don't rep jx at all, all draws busted, villains range has plenty of jacks in it.

Nice spots to triple barrel here are flush turns we rep and he doesn't. Jx he reps and we don't.

Bomb flop, give up turn. Nits never continue with anything that folds to turn barrel.
