I think u just need to think about which hands ur opponent will do allin on so scared board. But i think, that mistake went from the preflop from your side. Why u made call with KQo? U want to give freecards for opponent, who just tried to steal bigblind?

Now let's think about opp's all-in's call range: in this spot the best hand for you, which he may have - A-high flush draw. He could catch straight with JTo, 999, 65s+. U beat not so much, so it's seems to me, that best opinion was to fold on his flop 3-bet.

Very scary flop, even with top 2, it is a wet board and his range is very wide raising from SB. If u put him on As or Js semi bluff, he has a lot of fl and str8 outs... but you are 57% against the Js and 64% against As... so its a shove situation if you can put him on those draws. I don't think you can normally lay down top 2 on the off chance that he flopped a fl. or set, but his stats are in normal range and his Agr factor is just 3, so it is a close one. Why is he pushing this hand so hard?
I agree with Alex a 3bet PF is probably called for here, particularly as he like to try and steal (67% - not huge, but high enough).
