We can c bet this board with 2 overs and a gutshot here, especially holing the A hearts. Only need to bet half pot and we are done with the hand unless we pick up any more equity on the turn.

won't villains think most times 1/2 bet is weak?

I guess we do fold out medium and baby pairs though and some Jx 9x hands. Could be trapping I guess, hmm would you play sameway if we had AA KK?

It being a 3 bet pot changes the dynamic so 1/2 pot bets are not considered to be weak and most villains are not going to be shoving over it with air. I think you should be betting this flop as part of your semi bluffing range. You still have a good chunk of equity with 2 overs, gut shot and back door hearts so you can continue barreling/jam a lot of turns.

In a 3 bet pot I am only ever cbetting 50-55% of the pot, no more is necessary and balances my range. My turn bet sizing will differ depending on my holdings and opponents range. We can still GII on the river with a 50% flop bet with our value hands and we get a cheaper price on our semi bluffs.

Are we still jamming if turn is a brick?

This flop isn't great for a big cbet of 50%+, checking is fine but you have to fold to this sizing when villain bets, especially when he's very tight.

I think the best play would be to cbet around 30%, it offers a very similar amount of fold equity as a 55% cbet vs villains range and only has to work <25% of the time not even taking into consideration our equity when called

Yeah, im not keen on this in a semi-bluffing range either. we're gonna have a high steal percentage vs. this nitier , and when he flats its gonna be 44-JJ maybe QQ but I doubt it, and he 's going to widen his flatting range with suited aces and broadways, so im not at all bothered by the flop check,

Theie are turn cards we can decide to c/r.

is this villain a reg or a weak nit btw Aces?
