only 47 hands but he is 49/16,.
My take on this kind of player is he is real transparent and playing his cards face up. On the one hand, he seems bad so I want to get it in with him since AT could be the nutz for him.. On the other hand I see so many bad players like this only doing this with the real nutz..... So which way do I swing??

Is my PF call bad, do I push back here?

Why didn't you 4bet pre? Not sure why you'd want to fold tptk in a 3bet pot where you donked, have to snap.

I don't mind the flat call with some aggro donk who is willing to spew.

He won't put you on A,K and if he has a king here, he won't expect being behind here. He most likely is trying to push you of other hands you have folded before, only this time you HAVE to call it of.

He could well be doing this with K,J/K,Q/K,10 (ouch)

And knowing how these situations usually go when you think you have the fookers crushed and you get involved in the hand with them, they luckily pick up aces ;)

Why flat when villain is perceived as a spewtard?

I hate flatting, if he's bad then we want as many chips as we can get in pre.

Yeah if he's a spewtard, then we wanna 4 bet pre tbh. If you flat and miss, what do you do really? Folding can't be good in the long run. On top of that 4betting forces him to tighten up his hand ranges so if he's doing this with shit, he's got to fold.

Min 4bet pre FTW. Spew tards love to think you're bluffing. Raising to about $2.15 looks alright, then snap any impending spew.
