Standard.
I wouldn't consider flatting this to the 3bet til we get to at least 150bbs vs this villain.

isn't flatting the 5bet better than 6bet shoving?

To keep bluffs in?
At this point the money we make by winning the pot now is far better than our equity vs his bluffs.
If I was our villain holding A5s I'd much rather AK flat than shove as I'll likely take the pot down with a tiny c-bet on the flop the 70% of the time hero misses and there are only 2outs that give us both aces.

If we flatted to minimize damage from KK+ we block them (6 combos rather than 12), we'll see {QQ, AK} 2.5x more. Villains AK gets to have the initiative and will take us off alot of splits when we both miss, villains QQ gets to reduce the cards we see from 5 to 3, and of course any bluffs get to realize their equity and have the initiative.

ok that makes sense, so you think it's possible that he's 5bet bluffing like that, I thought he had no bluffs in his range.

On my phone so can't do the maths but I'm pretty sure we'd have equity to stack off here if villain had 5bet shoved with a {AK, QQ+} range. Its 10NL and he's put over 1/3 his stack in so I doubt we've much fold equity but it's > 0.

If villains who 3bet this much at 10nl fold everything but {AK, QQ+} here we can exploit the crap out of them with a super wide 4bet bluffing range.

41% we'd need if villain had {AK, QQ+} and never folded. We can make up that 1% with a few non-premium holdings from time to time.

Probably not. Reckon it is an obvious 5-bet shove with AK/QQ. At the same time I'm probably never folding until I have a large enough sample to justify a fold based upon sizing tells.

I've seen people min 6-bet with TT BTN vs. blinds. Basically you are never folding this hand vs. the blinds from CO/BTN unless it's a super nit.
