UTG is going to have a strong range, looks regular although I don't have a large enough sample to give any concrete analysis of his play. CO is a 50/20 fish that I wanted to isolate. Are we looking to give up postflop with this board unless we improve?

Yes, give up. Having position, against some opponents I might c-bet, but usually not. Also, would prefer to flat in position also because UTG will have to play honest post flop being OOP against 2, and you guarantee you don't push the fish out.

a 4th nut flush draw and two overs that might be drawing dead. its a bad call against 2 villains. its always good to be drawing for the nutts and not drawing for a hand thats only a bluff catcher.

I play this the same.

I 3bet for value vs the fish. I checkback the flop ainec. The turn I'm tempted to call but with a villain to act behind us and our outs holding a lot of reverse implied odds a fold is probably best.
