thoughts on how i played this? villain is very aggressive all streets.

im wondering if river can be a thin shove esp since were 3 handed, or maybe its a fold even?

Yeah, cant see anything else to do, his bet sizing on the river scares me cause its like 99% of bad regs/noobs do when they actually have a hand, but yeh im not folding

If he's that aggro, aren't you happy 3betting him on the flop and getting or getting as many chips in as you can on that beautiful flop?

I find most aggros' with even a mediocre heart would just get it in on the flop and likely will snap call a Tx with any heart.

Secondly, just going of his image..there's a ton he can be happy firing here on each street, isnt there just because of the way you played it so passively I think he will feel more times than not Tx is the best hand here. When the river pairs, this card itself is the best card for both of you so I don't think jamming is even that bad.

I can't see to many to many 4x in his range and I'm sure he can;'t see any 4x in your range too so it gives even more reason for his snap calling of any Tx on the river.

I wouldn't be surprised to see him turn over 9,8h/T,Hh/T,Qh/T,Kh

EDIT: Sorry, just noticed it's 10nl and we're both 300BB deep.. erm...I guess just calling is fine lol.

You don't think aggro's could potentially play a heart draw with the 9 like this?

I think he only has exactly 9x here, unless he got really lucky and flopped a flush/two pair and based on how passively JC played the hand..villian is going to really struggle to put us on anything better than 9x ourselves..

I also think the river is significant enough that he still thinks his counter fitted two pair is probs still good to fire out..

FR player here, 7 combos of realistic hands that beat us.

Hard for him to have flopped a flush that often, do regs flat out the BB with SC's vs regs isos?

yeah, stationchoop it all the way imo.

Read your OP again JC..lol..

Is this villian aggro in general, or just this hand? I assumed you meant he was an aggro sort of player in general, although your OP actually suggests he's just aggro on each street of this particular hand.

If it's just this one hand, then yeaha..lol..C/C line is the best line.

aggF was ridic huge over around 120 hands, and im pretty sure between 7-19 on every street, increasing each street from the flop to the river.

people betting rivers at 10NL is super scary as a general rule, and even moreso when they bet 75% into an already 130BB pot. i didnt snap this, and thought for a good 30 seconds about folding before i remembered that i dont know where the fold button is and reluctantly called

@ ram, i dont like raising the flop bc 10NL players are all scared of flopped flushes even though they shouldnt be and fold too much so i lose value very often by 3bing flop IMO.
also i halfpotted the flop intentionally to act weak thinking that many 1 pair or one heart hands will raise me.

Stats on villain. Notes, Raise c-bet% etc etc?

As a default vs 99% of regs I'm folding the river, he's never going to be raising worse value and the mostly likely bluffs (Ah draws) we have a blocker to and probably don't barrel the river anyway.

I concur with deco, i fold this 99% of the time also on the river to regulars, its hard to know the best answer without knowing how aggro he really is and the history between you though

Raising river is suicide, river's probably a fold against most villains.
