Suits important here, but I'm usually calling. AQ, KQ, QJ, JT, T9 all seem possible. If there are flush draws and we don't have the A of that suit I'm definitely calling since villain can have the nut flush draw. We'll also get shown some super draws sometimes (pair + FD + gutshot) but we at least do okay against those and definitely shouldn't fold.
