why do you raise flop? check/call with 2nd pair. Talking about turn and river has no sense as you made a flop mistake. But as played check/fold turn. and as played bet river..

middle pairs are better suited as bluff catchers. So I'd xc flop & probably xf turn to a double barrel.
After you raise flop I don't mind a turn barrel cause the cards favour your raising range than his flop betting range to my eyes > His Kx es are in a bad spot.
On river I like the thin V bet
