More on the river IMO. You can get more value from AK, AJ, AT

Pre: He's raised showing somewhat strength. flush or nothing at this point i'd be happy with.
flop: Thinking he has a better ace perhaps a re-raise here?
turn: BINGO! lets re-raise him and really see whats going on.... WAH?!?! he's called my A7 Isn't looking so good afterall.
river: checking... Thinking he has AQ at worse trying to get me to throw my chips away.

You guys above can't honestly think he'd call a re-raise with AJ or A10? ... AK possibly but even that would be marginal. AK would be betting as well tyring to get you out of the hand.

Yes with think that and I also think he does not have AQ because of his betsize. He is aware that we might have a set but not 2 pairs. Actually the story adds up more towards a set from his point of view. But if he is going to call he will call 7.5 as well as he is calling 5. The pot now is too big for the 2.5 dollars to matter. If he is scare by a set, than he is scared even with AQ. If not we have 3 possible hands to get value from and only one to get our arse busted.

A7 and A6 those are the weakist hands why calling a raise with it u will loose money 9out of 10 times.
u have fold on the flop.
going there u did hit 2pairs so make a bigger bet so u cant get more value u r going to get called and win there only by AK maybe AJ so i would even over bet the pot so we get our hand polarised.

Any info on CO? As in what reasons were you thinking about to flat call. How were the blinds playing? Before a flat like this you need to have all this clear in your mind.

As played, I think the turn raise is fine. You just need to bet a little larger on the river to get value from AK/AJ type hands.

I agree that the turn raise is ok - I play like you, because on the board is flush draw and I want to protect my hand, that is stronger than on the flop.
River - here I play for about 1/2 pot, so 5$ is good for me :)

A flat is correct if at least one of the blinds is bad player? If the CO is bad we 3-bet? If he is tight we fold or flat again giving the fact that we are quite deep and we have position on him?
