$10 NLHE 6-max: Is this a standard call?

Villain is unknown and posted early.

Only problem I see is that we have 9h so that removes a few combos like 98hh/T9hh/J9hh. Still, he has a ton of draws and the hands that beat us that he'd play this way aren't too many: 777, 222, 5555, 444, AJhh/AThh, 86, A3.

Villain's a fish and probably doesn't completely polarize his range here, instead merging some hands (88+/7x/4x/A2 or whatever) sometimes which causes a problem.

He also definitely has like 75s/5x a non-zero % of the time too.

Maybe I'm too passive, but I don't think I could consider a 100BB pot with Ace high vs. complete unknown.

I'd say yes baudib. We need to be good (7.20+5.65):7.20 = 1.78:1 =>1/2.78 = %36 of the time.

I`d also say the second range is more accurate than the first (and still doesn`t include overpairs, offsuit 5x, 7x, which definitely show up a non-zero % of the time and worsen our equity), so yeah. I fold.
